HELLO, welcome to my Smugmug home.
I joined Smugmug primarily as a tool for my family history project. It seems an excellent way to store, preserve, organize, and share photographs. The collection is growing, so come back again.
If you are visiting my Smugmug home to view the pictures I have collected for the family histories I am working on, you should select the Genealogy Category. Since you know to visit my Smugmug site, you should have the password you need to access the particular family you are interested in (or you should know how to contact me to get the password0. I have placed a password on the galleries because I did not want all of our family photographs to be available via the online search engines. I strongly believe in sharing family history. However, I do realize, I need to be careful. So for now, there will be a password.
I also have a few pictures of my five wonderful and beautiful grandchildren stored on this site. The grandchildren are by hightest priority, but as for adding pictures to this collection, the family history has received most of my attention.
GENEALOGY for 2007:
My Family - I will be focusing on my family history this year. Opal's family will include Bilberry and Waldrop pictures. There may be a few related family pictures. Buck's family is separted into History and Buck & Opal's Family.
These categories are subject to change.
Bill's Family - Bill's family is separated into 2 galleries. Smith for Bill Sr's family and Pyle for Jean's family. I have only made a start on Bill's family. I have more to scan.
Chad's Family - I have added all McMahan and Cowan pictures that were available to me at this time. Who knows what may come.
